Indoor/outdoor pool

The outdoor pool, with a waterslide and artificial waves, is built for safety.
Enjoy the palace pool year-round: when the weather is poor, or during the colder months. The 25 m indoor pool is housed inside a high-ceilinged wooden building.

The outdoor rainbow pool is open during summer.
You can enjoy a variety of different pools for a full day of fun in the spacious area.
There are two waterslides, a wave pool, a flowing pool, and a wading pool for small children.
The facility is constructed with the utmost safety in mind, for customer’s peace of mind.

Q1.Can small children swim with a disposable swim diaper?
A.

Yes. But please have them wear a bathing suit over the diaper.

Q2.Is it alright to enter the facility without changing into a bathing suit?
A.

Only adults who are there to keep their children safe are permitted to enter without changing into a bathing suit.
In such cases, they must wear an “observation permit” sign around their necks. To get an “observation permit”, fill out a form with your name, address, etc.

Q3.Is there a parking lot? Is there a fee for parking?
A.

There is a free parking lot.

Q4.Is it alright to bring food, drinks or alcohol?
A.

Only water or tea in unbreakable containers (such as a plastic bottle) are permitted in the poolside area.
Other food and drinks are forbidden under the Aichi Prefecture Pool Ordinance.

Q5.Is it alright to take photographs?
A.

It is only permitted to take pictures of your own family and friends.
However, using a camera in the water can result in breakage and other dangers, so it is forbidden.
If a pool guest is seen causing a disturbance by taking photographs, the guest will be asked to leave.

Q6.Up to what age do children need a guardian?
A.

Children must be accompanied by a guardian until age 9.
One guardian may watch a maximum of two children.
However, if the guest signs a waiver accepting responsibility, one guardian may watch three or more children. A guardian is defined as someone who is 16 or older.

Q7.What is the minimum height requirement for the waterslides?
A.

Guests 120 cm or taller can use the waterslides.

Q8.Is it possible to bring swimming rings and other toys?
A.

Yes.
However, objects over 150 cm in size can be a nuisance for other guests and are discouraged.

Q9.Is it possible to wear beach sandals at the poolside?
A.

Yes.
However, please refrain from wearing sandals with high heels or hard accessories attached to them.

Q10.Is it alright to apply sunscreen before swimming?
A.

Yes.
*Please do not use suntan oil.

Q11.Are there lockers? Is there a fee to use the lockers?
A.

Yes. A 100-yen deposit is required to use a locker, which is automatically returned after use.

Q12.Are there lockers for valuables? Is there a fee to use them?
A.

Yes. They are free.

Q13.Is it possible to re-enter the pool?
A.

It is possible to leave and re-enter on the same day. When leaving, please tell the attendant that you intend to return.

Other precautions for use
  • Drunk guests are not allowed in the pool.
  • The pool area is non-smoking. Please smoke in designated areas.
  • Breakable items like glass and hard items like watches are not permitted in the pool area. However, eyeglasses are permitted if they are secured with a cord.
  • Diving and swimming underwater is forbidden.
    *Guests who do not obey these precautions or the guidance of staff will be asked to leave to avoid any accidents.
  • We do not hold items other than those kept in the lockers and valuable items lockers
  • People with tattoos and other tattoo-like body markings are requested to refrain from entering the pool area. However, they may enter if the area is completely covered by their bathing suit or rash guard.

This heated pool is available year-round.
The pool uses nanowater, which is gentle on your body. It is very clear, clean water.

Regarding use of the indoor pool on Sundays and Mondays

Advance notice is required to use the pool after 6:00pm on Sundays or on Mondays.
Guests who wish to use the pool on those days, please inform the front counter at check-in.
